These terms apply to your use of landedgrid.com and its tools (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The Service

The Service provides estimates of import costs and related reference information as described in the calculation disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. The free tools may be used for lawful purposes without an account. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service, and may limit the rate at which it is used.

Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide. Inputs to the calculators are processed to produce a result and are not stored on our servers unless you use a feature that expressly saves them. Shareable links encode inputs in the link itself.

Data and attribution

Government data reproduced in the Service is subject to the licences listed on the data sources page and the attribution notice. LandedGrid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any government body.

Acceptable use

You must not scrape, bulk-extract or resell the Service’s outputs or data, interfere with its operation, or use it to build a competing dataset. Automated access is permitted only through an API we offer for that purpose, under its own terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we exclude all warranties. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate, including duties, taxes, penalties or lost margin. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

General

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of LandedGrid is established, which will be identified here before commercial launch. This draft has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
