LandedGrid provides estimates of import duties, taxes and fees for planning purposes. They are derived from official published data and from the inputs you provide, using the methods described on the methodology page.

Results are not customs rulings, tax advice or legal advice. The customs authority of the destination determines the classification of goods, their customs value, their origin, the applicability of any measure and the amount payable. Its determination can differ from a LandedGrid estimate because of facts it holds that LandedGrid does not: the physical goods, the full commercial documents, the identity of the producer, verification of origin, and the state of quotas at the time of declaration.

Official datasets change. LandedGrid records the version and verification date used in each result and labels stale data, but a measure published after the last verification is not reflected. Where LandedGrid cannot verify a component it says so; where you supply a fact or rate, the result is labelled as depending on your input.

Nothing on this site creates a relationship of reliance. Before committing to a purchase, sourcing decision or declaration, confirm the classification and applicable measures with a licensed customs broker or the authority, and obtain a binding ruling where the value justifies it.
