Privacy notice

What we collect

Server logs record the request path, timestamp, response status and an IP address, used for security, rate limiting and to diagnose failures. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.

What we do not collect

Calculator inputs are processed on our server to calculate results and generate PDF reports; the application does not keep a server-side history of your calculations. No account is required for the free tools. We do not use advertising trackers.

Saved calculations and exports

Choosing Save stores your inputs and a result summary in this browser’s local storage. You can delete them in My calculations or clear this site’s browser storage. They are not synchronized across devices. Re-running a saved calculation sends its inputs to the calculation service. JSON backups and PDF reports contain commercial values and may include supplier names you entered; keep these files private.

Shared links

Share links include encoded calculation inputs, including values and tariff codes. Encoding is not encryption: anyone with the link can read those inputs. Supplier names and free-text descriptions are removed. Links can appear in browser history and hosting request logs.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, they record events such as “calculation completed” with the country pair and coverage status. They never receive product descriptions, tariff codes, values or supplier names.

Cookies

The free tools set no cookies. If account features are introduced, a session cookie will be used only for signing in, and this notice will be updated.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction and deletion. Contact hello@landedgrid.com. The operator’s legal identity and any data-protection representative will be stated here before commercial launch; this draft has not been reviewed by counsel.
